Start Dll import error when updating

Dll import error when updating

The tutorial is located here: The step that tripped me up was that I had a previoes osgeo installation (I think from installing post GIS) and it was not playing nice with the wheel files from Uninstalling all the related libraries and then building exclusively from those wheel files fixed the DLL import error for me (using windows 10) I had exacltly the same problem after installing GDAL by the method explained in How to run OGR in Arc GIS Scripts? I am not sure whether it didn't work, but either it was based on the old GDAL version 1.11, or the Python 2.7 bindings that maybe did not work properly.

Downloaded and installed Anaconda, then updated all packages and install net CDF4 / libnetcdf.

When I now try to import net CDF4 in python I get the same error. Silly question: Do I need to install the hdf / netcdf c libraries myself or should this already been covered by anaconda?

Would be nice if somebody conclusively answered this category of question because it comes up regularly.

I've been using the great Shapely/Fiona combo successfully on Linux, but now i need to create a kind of production environment on windows and theres only one problem.

I installed the nightly build windows 64bit release of tensorflow from OS=windows/ using pip install in the Anaconda distribution of Python 3.5 (v4.1.1.0) When I try to import tensorflow, I get the following error: File "C:\Anaconda3\lib\site-packages\tensorflow\python\pywrap_tensorflow.py", line 18, in swig_import_helper return importlib.import_module(mname) File "C:\Anaconda3\lib\importlib\__init__.py", line 126, in import_module return _bootstrap._gcd_import(name[level:], package, level) File "", line 222, in _call_with_frames_removed Import Error: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

Working on Windows 7 with Arc GIS 10.1 using the 64 bit geoprocessing python...

I have been having problems with using python **inside** Arc Map.
